I was referred to Master Plumbing and Mechanical by a neighbor and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Kevin was not only prompt, friendly and courteous but he was respectful of my home (covering his shoes), extremely knowledgeable and instantly identified the problem. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. He really took the time and care to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I was so happy with this referral, I plan on telling everyone I know about them!

Master Plumbing has been to my house twice now, and I'm already a diehard fan. Steve is on-time, covers his shoes to make sure no dirt is tracked in the house, and neat as a pin. Also efficient and highly professional. On the second visit, he was able to determine that a faucet he installed was faulty. He promptly bought another one and did not charge a cent for the visit, new faucet or work. I very much appreciate his honesty and fine work.

Very pleased with the work done. I called them to replace two hose bibs/outdoor spigots. They were pleasant on the phone and scheduled me quickly. They charged a fair price and the two plumbers were extremely thorough in fixing the issue. They took their time to explain my options and walk me through the pros and cons of each.
